VT1 MMA Academy offers our great Boot Camp sessions which will get you fighting fit and in the best shape of your life. The classes are designed to work your entire body and are guaranteed to improve your cardio as well as your overall health and fitness.
Boot Camp classes are available to students of all fitness levels. No experience is required and they can be a great first step on your road to fitness. If you’re already a competitive athlete then the Boot Camp classes can be a great addition to your regime to get the edge on your competition.
The sessions are designed to work around your schedule and are available at these various times:
Mornings at 6am – Monday, Wednesday and Friday
Our expert trainers will run you through a series of fun exercises that will target your speed, co-ordination, flexibility and endurance. Each rewarding session also offers you a welcoming atmosphere and is a great place to make new friends.
